TEMPER is team-based semi-private training for men who want more accountability, discipline, and challenge than traditional fitness offers.
The TEMPER Community is made up of small recurring teams of 2-5 men, training together with a private coach to build consistency, brotherhood, and growth through shared challenge and purposeful pursuit.
The goal isn’t fitness alone, but to become stronger, more dependable, Christ-like men, better equipped to lead and serve the families and communities that depend on us.

TEMPER Co. Core Values, Mission, Method, & Beliefs Core Values: We believe the highest purpose of man is to glorify God, and to love, worship, and enjoy Him forever. Every other pursuit, including strength, leadership, family, work, service, discipline, brotherhood, and personal growth, finds its proper place beneath this supreme aim. Core Mission: Temper Co. exists to develop stronger, more disciplined, and more Christlike men through physical training, personal responsibility, meaningful brotherhood, and intentional growth, so that they may better serve God, lead their families, strengthen their communities, and fulfill their God-given responsibilities. Core Method: We believe physical training is one of the most effective tools for developing disciplined, responsible, resilient, and Christlike men. Through challenge, accountability, and brotherhood, we use physical training as a means of cultivating character and preparing men for their God-given responsibilities. Core Beliefs: (Statement of Faith) The Scriptures We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God. We believe that Scripture is sufficient for faith and practice and is the final authority in all matters to which it speaks. God We believe that there is one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator and Sustainer of all things and is holy and perfect in nature and power. Jesus Christ We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died as a substitutionary sacrifice for sinners, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return in power and glory to judge the living and the dead. Humanity We believe that mankind was created in the image of God, possessing inherent dignity and value. Through Adam’s fall, all people are sinners by nature and by choice and are therefore unable to reconcile themselves to God apart from His grace. Salvation We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It is not earned by works but is the gift of God, secured through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. A sinner is commanded to repent of his sins and trust Christ. Since man is naturally fallen, the gifts of repentance and faith are bestowed by God. The Holy Spirit We believe that the Holy Spirit regenerates, indwells, sanctifies, equips, and empowers believers for godly living and faithful service. Sanctification We believe that every believer is called to continual growth in holiness through the work of the Holy Spirit, the study and application of Scripture, prayer, fellowship, and faithful obedience. Perseverance of the Saints We believe that all true believers will not fall away but are kept safe from such by the same grace that saved them. Marriage and Family We believe that God created mankind male and female and that marriage is a covenantal union between one man and one woman. We believe that the family is God’s foundational institution for human flourishing and that men are called to exercise loving, sacrificial, servant leadership within their homes. Work, Stewardship, and Responsibility We believe that all of life is to be lived for the glory of God. We believe that men are called to faithfully steward their time, attention, talents, resources, relationships, and responsibilities. The Return of Christ We believe that Jesus Christ will personally and visibly return, raise the dead, judge all people in righteousness, and establish His eternal kingdom. Our Theological Heritage Temper Co. is in agreement with the historic Protestant and Reformed tradition. While we do not require agreement on every secondary doctrine, our teaching and leadership are generally informed by the doctrines of God’s sovereignty, the authority and sufficiency of Scripture, salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, and the pursuit of God’s glory as the chief end of man.
