TEMPER is team-based semi-private training for men who want more accountability, discipline, and challenge than traditional fitness offers.
The TEMPER Community is made up of small recurring teams of 2-5 men, training together with a private coach to build consistency, brotherhood, and growth through shared challenge and purposeful pursuit.
The goal isn’t fitness alone, but to become stronger, more dependable, and better equipped to lead and serve the families and communities that depend on us.
