Our goal at Twelve Fourteen is to build the hardest working fitness family in the world. We will do everything we can to help you reach and pass your fitness goals, and have a great time doing it!

At Twelve Fourteen, whether you've never worked out before, or you're a professional athlete looking to develop and excel in your sport, our pursuit of well-rounded fitness and a strong community quickly get you growing, learning, and achieving things you never thought possible. At Twelve Fourteen, we will help you get where you want to go.

Mon - Fri: 5:30am, 9:30am, 5pm, 6:10pm, & 7:20pm

Sat: 9:00am & 10:10am

Membership Options

Unlimited Classes:

This includes access to all of our daily CrossFit classes. Each class consists of a warm-up, coaching, and a workout. This workout of the day varies daily, and may include a strength/lifting component, cardiovascular metabolic conditioning, movement technique and form work, and mobility/flexibility.


One-on-one Sessions & Nutrition Coaching:

This option allows you to work one-on-one with a coach who will customize your training and nutrition to fit your specific goals and ability level, doing focused work that fits your needs perfectly.
