Personal Training: FAQs

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No! Your personal trainer will work with you, customizing your training to fit your current fitness/ability level, and to work step by step toward reaching and surpassing your goals!

Do you offer nutrition coaching/plans?

Yes! All of our personal training clients receiving unlimited nutrition coaching and a customized step by step nutrition plan, included for no additional fee! We also offer nutrition coaching as an independent service.

How long are the personal training sessions?

Each session with your trainer is scheduled for 45 minutes.
